A Bit About Me

As a qualified personal trainer & sports rehabilitation coach my passion is to guide the world towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. With years of gym floor experience, I developed a realistic approach to fat loss, giving you a custom plan based on your health, daily schedule, and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to you, and focus on what truly matters to get life changing results.

You will receive personalised gym or home workouts tailored to you, so it doesn’t matter if you are a complete beginner just finding your feet in the gym, someone that needs to workout from home because of the kids or you have been attending the gym on and off for years, I’ve got you covered.

I pair this with bespoke nutrition goals & targets aiming for an average calorie deficit across the week.

What I offer

Online coaching is way more in depth compared to 1-2-1.

As a 1-2-1 coach there is only so many hours of my day that I can give to someone.

With online, this allows me more hours with you and to make it more bespoke.

​

There is no team, not another coach to palm you off too, you get to work with me personally, we talk 1-1. I want to know your struggle points and we work through them together, the kids are off sick from school no worries, I will give you tips and guidance to make sure we still have a winning week. 

​

My online coaching program gets you personalised calorie, protein & step targets as well as personal gym plans and complete access to me.

​

You also get an educational video every 2 weeks to help with educating you around why we are doing what we are doing.

​

 You get weekly check ins and feedback and targets for the upcoming week ahead.

Plus an added touch point in the week to make sure everything is going well.

​

Plus a private whatsapp group for a more community feel
